Terms of Service & Delivery Framework

By accessing the CLEANPREPKITCHEN LIMITED website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the contractual relationship between the customer and the company.

1. Service Subscription

All meal prep plans are subscription-based unless otherwise stated. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the frequency defined by your chosen plan. You may pause or cancel your subscription with 7 days' notice prior to your next delivery date. Cancellations made within the 7-day window will be processed for the following cycle.

2. Delivery & Liability

We deliver to Newcastle Upon Tyne and surrounding areas. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery instructions and access codes. We are not liable for theft or spoilage if the delivery is left in a safe place at the customer's request. Upon delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for the proper storage (refrigeration) of the meals. Our liability for any delivery failure is limited to a refund of the affected meal's value or a replacement in the next cycle.

3. Health & Allergy Disclaimer

While we take extreme care to prevent cross-contamination, our facility handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens. We cannot 100% guarantee that any meal is completely free of trace allergens. Customers with life-threatening allergies are advised not to use our service. CLEANPREPKITCHEN LIMITED is not liable for any adverse reactions to our food products. It is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredient labels provided with each meal.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store full credit card details on our local servers.
